1. Data Collection & Purpose
RHQ Advisory ("we", "us") collects specific corporate data (Entity Name, License Status, Revenue Estimates) solely for the purpose of assessing Regional Headquarters (RHQ) eligibility and regulatory compliance risks. This data is processed to generate the "Financial Impact Assessment" and "Recovery Protocol" specific to your entity.
2. Compliance with PDPL
In accordance with the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL), we ensure that your corporate data is handled with strict confidentiality. We do not sell, trade, or rent your entity's information to third-party marketing lists.
3. Data Retention
Data submitted via our "Emergency Filing" portal is retained only for the duration of the active consultation or case file review. Upon closure of a case file (whether by resolution or inactivity), sensitive financial inputs are purged from our active systems.
