They rely on standard tax rates (e.g., 20% CIT) and current regulatory frameworks. Actual tax liabilities and penalties may vary based on specific entity structures and final government assessments.
3. "Emergency Filing" Definition
The term "Emergency Filing" refers to our internal priority processing protocol for client intake. It does not guarantee an immediate government response or a waiver of statutory penalties.
